The bread baker consists of a super-heated container that sits in a conventional oven and once dough has been added can be used to make multiple creations including rolls, baguettes, pizzas, fougasse and focaccia.
Use your loaf by heating the Fourneau 2.0 to its optimum temperature and slide in dough using the specially designed baking tray with a removable handle. The enclosed container traps steam to give a crispy golden crust and cast iron walls spread heat evenly for consistent results, say its makers.
