Pink’s Floyd’s 1973 classic LP “The Dark Side of the Moon” has been immortalised in a pair of eye-catching wireless headphones from Sennheiser.
The HD1 special edition cans have been customised with a leather and stainless steel headband featuring rainbow-coloured stitching mirroring the visual spectrum on the iconic album cover.
A pearlescent sheen has been added to the ear cups, which have also been engraved with the famous Pink Floyd ‘prism’ symbol. The headphones have been released to celebrate the band’s “Their Mortal Remains” exhibition running until October at London’s Victoria and Albert Museum.
The exhibition is a retrospective look back at the band’s history through music, technology and live performances. Sennheiser have come on board as official audio partner, helping to make sure the exhibits sound on point.
Its Momentum HD1 are active noise-cancelling headphones lauded for their acoustic performance, wireless connectivity and fantastic build quality. The cans include NFC and aptX Bluetooth pairing and a built-in in mic for hands-free calls.
